Before registering a client, we follow a process for client accusation as follows: (1) Advertisement or word of mouth by various mean – (2) Briefing of the services personally or in group events – (3) Doubt sessions – (4) Consent – (5) Form Filing – (6) Relevant Fee Deposit – (7) Approval:
Brief of the above process:
- Advertisement and Promotion: Clients are informed about our services through diverse marketing channels, including but not limited to, advertisement campaigns and word-of-mouth referrals (B2B plays a major role).
- Service Briefing: A comprehensive introduction to our services is provided either through personal consultations or group-oriented informational sessions.
- Clarification of Queries: We encourage clients to engage in doubt-clearing sessions where they can seek clarification and obtain comprehensive information pertaining to our services.
- Consent Acquisition: Prior to proceeding further, we obtain explicit consent from the client, ensuring that they fully comprehend the nature of our services and willingly opt to engage with us.
- Documentation: The requisite forms are duly completed and filed in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Fee Payment: Clients are obligated to remit the relevant fees as outlined in our fee schedule.
- Approval Process: Following the completion of the aforementioned steps, the client’s registration is subject to approval.
But we are in a business where relations and final experience matter the most, so we also offer simple cancellation and refund criteria to a certain extent to “respect and regard our esteemed business partners” who refer new clients as follows:
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be considered for the services only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the operational team and Operations team has initiated the process of assignment. Cancellation and refund of fees or charges will be strictly governed by the Company Refund Policy of the company informed and declared from time to time.
There is no cancellation of orders placed for online consultancy and basic membership registrations.
No cancellations are entertained for those products/services that the Arthkaar.in (CDEL) marketing team has obtained on special discounts, and offers on occasions like New Year, Pongal, Diwali, Independence Day, Foundation Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
No cancellation for gift cards, rewards, redemption of MyCred points.
Refund Policy:
When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 60 hours money back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund, subject to deductions for legal documents or services provided.
To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact us within the first 24 hours of your payment. Just send an email to care@arthkaar.in . We’ll gladly refund you 100% of your fees within 60 hours of your refund request.
